Jurat (Oath) fee $5

Certified true copy: $5 per copy

Loan Execution fee $150

Mobile Notary Service Fees:

Virginia law allows Notaries to charge a fee of $5 per notarial act.  A Mobile Notary Service Fee will be applied to all services provided.

  · Mobile Notary Service Fee –  $40

This fee will be added to all notarizations performed between the hours of 9am and 7:00pm. Service areas include: Brambleton, Ashburn, Broadlands, Lansdowne, Leesburg, Reston and Herndon.

    · Weekend and Holiday Fee: $10

A $10 surcharge will be applied to all mobile notary service provided on Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, July 4th and Thanksgiving.

  · After Hours Service Fee: $100

Notarizations needed between 12:00am – 6am will incur a $100 service fee. Notarizations between these hours will occur at a public location specified by the Notary.
